CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A grand meeting of the Congress family was organized in the Rau Assembly constituency under the presence of Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President, Jeetu Patwari. The meeting focused on strengthening the organization and the upcoming Assembly Gherao movement in Bhopal.
Addressing the Congress workers, Jeetu Patwari criticized the inefficient BJP government in the state, accusing it of deceiving every section of society. He stated that Madhya Pradesh has become the number one state in atrocities against Dalits, tribals, and women. He further emphasized that the BJP has failed to deliver on the promises it made during the 2023 elections.
He highlighted various issues, including the plight of farmers, the rise in crimes against women, atrocities against Dalits and tribals, and the betrayal faced by the youth. Patwari stated that the Congress party has planned a statewide Assembly Gherao to address these issues, urging people from across the state to join the movement in Bhopal to awaken the BJP government from its slumber.
He called upon the residents of the Rau Assembly constituency to participate in large numbers, including Congress workers, common citizens, farmers, women, and youth, to join the Assembly Gherao in Bhopal and contribute to the fight for people’s rights against the inefficient BJP government.
