CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the excise policy case claimed on Saturday that a senior police officer misbehaved with him, said reports.

The AAP national convener alleged that the police officer, Assistant Commissioner of Police A.K. Singh, had earlier restrained former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia by the neck when reporters asked him questions on the premises of a Delhi court.

The incident was recorded on video and Sisodia had lodged a complaint against the officer. Delhi police denied any wrongdoing on the ACP’s part, claiming the action was necessary for security, reported NDTV.

In an application filed in a local court, Kejriwal sought to remove the ACP from his security cordon.
