CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: L.N. Nursing School organized a Breastfeeding Awareness Week program on the theme “Closing the Gap: Breastfeeding Support for All.” Under the guidance of NGO coordinator Deepak, sixth-semester students performed an educational role play at Anganwadi Damkheda, Sanjay Nagar.
The activity was conducted by Assistant Professor Neelima Singh in collaboration with Kalakunj Foundation. The role play successfully provided essential breastfeeding information to prenatal and postnatal mothers. The success of the program was attributed to the dedication of the faculty members, including Dr. Umesh Sharma, Professor Ezhilarasi, Pediatrician Dr. Sunil Jaiswal, Associate Professor Rachna, Assistant Professors Priyanka, Kiran, Sagar, and Ritu.
