CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of DRM Devashish Tripathi, the Cleanliness Special Campaign 4.0 is being launched in the Bhopal Rail Division to address cleanliness and pending matters. This campaign, aligned with the national vision of a clean and efficient government system, will run from October 2 to October 31, 2024.
As part of the campaign, various cleanliness and administrative activities will be conducted in the Bhopal division. Nodal officers and supervisors have been appointed for the successful execution of the campaign, and training arrangements have been made. These officers are tasked with identifying and prioritizing the resolution of pending cleanliness-related issues in the division.
The campaign will be conducted in two phases:
Phase 1: Until September 30, 2024, special focus will be on identifying cleanliness campaign sites, location management plans, waste disposal, and record management.
Phase 2: From October 2 to October 31, 2024, emphasis will be placed on the actual implementation of the plans identified in the first phase. During this time, various departments will ensure the management, classification, recording, review, and availability of physical records.
Nodal officers will conduct daily reviews of the campaign’s impact and progress within their respective departments to ensure continuous improvement in cleanliness and administrative tasks.
