CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “Arise, awake, and stop not until the goal is reached”—this exhortation by the great warrior and philosopher Swami Vivekananda, which ignites new energy and enthusiasm among youth, was commemorated on his Chicago World Parliament of Religions Speech Memorial Day. On this occasion, Prime Minister College of Excellence, Government Hamidia College, through its History Department and Vivekananda Career Guidance Cell, jointly organized a special lecture on the relevance of global brotherhood.

The main speaker, Amitabh Srivastava, Head of Contact, Swami Vivekananda Center, Kanyakumari, Bhopal division, familiarized the students with Swami Vivekananda’s personality, achievements, and thoughts. The chief guest was Shri Devendra Rawat (Advocate), Chairman of the Jan Bhagidari Committee, and the program was presided over by Principal Dr. Anil Shivani.

The program was coordinated by Ajay Kumar Ghosh and Manoj Kumar Sinha, and conducted by Rachna Mishra, Head of the History Department. On this occasion, Shri Devendra Chauhan, Shalini Gupta, and other faculty members and a large number of students from various departments were present.
