CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Divisional Commissioner Karmveer Sharma, during the weekly review meeting of time-limit letters held in the conference hall of the Divisional Commissioner’s office, reviewed the Chief Minister’s Helpline, services being provided under the Public Service Guarantee Act and pending cases of various departments, and issued necessary directions.
He said the government’s priority is to ensure time-bound, transparent and quality delivery of public welfare services. Therefore, all officers must give the highest priority to resolving complaints and cases.
Reviewing pending cases on the Sambal 2.0 portal in all districts, Divisional Commissioner Sharma said the Women and Child Development Department and the Labour Department should jointly take action on cases as per government instructions. For this, special drives should be conducted in all districts. He directed that cases be examined at the gram panchayat and ward levels, targets be set, and disposal be ensured within the stipulated time limit.
Divisional Commissioner Sharma directed Agriculture Department officials regarding fertilizer distribution in all districts of the division. He said all collectors should run a campaign to create Agristack IDs for farmers for fertilizer distribution in the districts, so that farmers do not face difficulties in obtaining fertilizer.
In the time-limit meeting, as per the instructions given by the Chief Secretary during the video conference, directions were issued on health and nutrition, fertilizer, education, digitisation of manuscripts, and making the Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana effective by linking Anganwadi workers of the Women and Child Development Department and workers of the Health Department to the scheme.
Joint Commissioner Development Vinod Yadav, Deputy Commissioner Smt. Bharti Devi Mishra and officers of various departments at the divisional level were present in the meeting.
