CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of the 11th Ayurveda Day, an interdepartmental quiz competition was organised by the PG Department of Kriya Sharir at L.N. Ayurveda College and Hospital with the aim of encouraging academic excellence among postgraduate students and developing a spirit of healthy competition.
The programme began in the dignified presence of college Principal Dr. Sapan Jain, Vice-Principal Dr. Varsha Vanjari and Director Dr. Vishal Shivhare. The guests encouraged the students and highlighted the importance of such academic events.
Students from various postgraduate departments of LNAC took part enthusiastically in the competition. Teams from the departments of Ayurveda Samhita and Siddhanta, Kriya Sharir, Shalakya Tantra, Agad Tantra and Vidhi Vaidyak, and Swasthavritta and Yoga participated. During the competition, participants demonstrated their Ayurvedic knowledge, quick decision-making ability, confidence and team spirit.
The Department of Ayurveda Samhita and Siddhanta secured first place, while the Department of Kriya Sharir stood second. All participants were congratulated and extended best wishes for their enthusiastic performance.
The head of the Kriya Sharir department, all faculty members, and postgraduate students of the department made an important contribution to the successful organisation of the programme. Everyone played their role with enthusiasm and dedication in making the event successful.
The quiz competition provided students an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and talent, while also experiencing team spirit and healthy competition. The programme further strengthened students’ knowledge, enthusiasm and sense of pride towards Ayurveda at LNAC.
