The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, conducted the ‘Desh Ka Prakriti Parikshan’ campaign across the nation from November 26, 2024, to December 25, 2024. The primary objective of this campaign was to conduct health assessments for citizens above 18 years of age and provide them with personalized Ayurvedic recommendations based on their body constitution (Prakriti).
Registered participants were advised on lifestyle modifications, seasonal and daily routines (Ritucharya & Dinacharya), and yoga practices to help prevent non-communicable diseases.
A Guinness World Record Achievement
This nationwide campaign, organized by the Ministry of AYUSH, set a world record by achieving an unprecedented feat, securing a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
🔹 Over 13 million (1.3 crore) citizens underwent Prakriti assessments within just one month, conducted by Ayurvedic experts.
🔹 The award distribution ceremony for this record-breaking initiative was held on February 20, 2025, at the Jamshed Bhabha Auditorium, NCPA, Mumbai.
