CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: An orientation program titled “Gyan Aarambh Sanskar” was organized at LN Ayurveda College, Bhopal, for newly admitted postgraduate students. The chief guest of the program was Ashok Varshney, National Organizing Secretary of Arogya Bharati. Distinguished guests included Mahesh Dixit, Provincial Organizing Secretary of Arogya Bharati; Mihirji, National Executive Member; Anupam Chouksey, Secretary of LNCT Group; Narendra Kumar Thapak, Vice-Chancellor of LNCT University; Registrar Ajit Kumar Soni; Principal Sapan Jain; and Director Vishal Shivhare.

The program commenced with worship and lamp lighting in front of Lord Dhanvantari. While hosting the event, Director Shailesh Jain introduced everyone to the college’s achievements. Subsequently, Principal Sapan Jain delivered a welcome address, familiarizing students with the college’s rules and regulations.

Vice-Chancellor Narendra Kumar Thapak, in his speech, urged students to draw inspiration from Swami Vivekananda’s life on Youth Day and strive to improve their lives. Anupam Chouksey encouraged students to take Ayurveda to new heights with dedication and innovation.

Ashok Varshney, in an interactive session with students, emphasized the role of research in postgraduate studies, highlighting the need for both positive and negative research in Ayurveda today. The college family honored the chief guest with a memento, followed by a vote of thanks by Director Vishal Shivhare. The inaugural session concluded with the national anthem.

In the post-lunch session, Director Milind Suryavanshi, Assistant Director at CCRAS, Nagpur, delivered a detailed lecture on research. Later, Dr. Atul Varshney, a member of the Ayurveda Board at NCISM, New Delhi, informed the audience about significant changes in the field of Ayurveda.
