CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India E-Press/ITDC News, Bhopal: LNCT University, Kolar Road, Bhopal, successfully hosted the South West Zone Inter-University Men’s Karate Championship. To mark this accomplishment, Anupam Chouksey, Director of LNCT Group and Chancellor of JNCT Professional University, honored Karate India Organization (KIO) President Bharat Sharma and his team, including Zakir Khan, Gaurav Sindhia, Vijay Shah, Abhitam Srivastava, Syed Iftikhar Hussain, Radhika Kashyap, Omkar Mohbe, Palash Samadhiya, Anshujay Das, Akash Laskare, Amit Makhre, Lalit Vairagi, Tarun Meena, Rajneesh Rai, Jay Kumar Sain, and Pramod Vishwakarma. They were recognized with mementos for conducting the championship without any disputes.
This year, KIO was entrusted with organizing the championship. Representatives from FGSN and EUSAI, who played a crucial role in broadcasting the event live to millions of viewers nationwide, were also honored with mementos.
Chancellor Dr. Anupam Chouksey appreciated the efforts of Pankaj Kumar Jain (Sports Director, LNCT Group), V.S. Panwar, Tanwant Singh, P.S. Dara, Supriya Jatav (Tournament Director), and R.K. Sharma (Sports Director, TIT). He also commended the volunteers from LNCT’s Physical Education Department (BPES & MPES) for their invaluable contributions in managing accommodation, food, transport, and ground arrangements. All were presented with mementos in recognition of their efforts.
Dr. Chouksey stated, “This event wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of these volunteers.”
The seamless organization of the championship for the second consecutive year earned widespread appreciation from sports officials, players, and universities across the country.
