CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: LNCT Olympics 2025: Final Matches in Kho-Kho, Chess, Volleyball, Tug of War, and Badminton Played on Day Three
On the third day of the 8th Engineers Olympics 2025, organized by the LNCT Group at the LNCT Campus, Raisen Road, Bhopal, final matches were held in Kho-Kho, Chess, Volleyball, Tug of War, and Badminton.
In the men’s chess finals, LNCT’s Shreyash Jain emerged as the winner, while Satyam Gupta was the runner-up. In the women’s category, Neha Rathore and Tanya Patel gave impressive performances and kept their opponents on edge.
In the men’s Kho-Kho final, LNCT defeated SIRAT in a close match with a score of 16-15 to claim victory. In the women’s Kho-Kho final, LNCT University beat LNCT Raisen Campus Girls by 15-09.
In the men’s Tug of War, Team Vibhor secured victory, while Black Hawks were the runners-up. In the women’s Tug of War, Team Sumati won the title and Team Shraddha finished second.
In the men’s badminton singles final, LNCT’s Akshat Namdev defeated Rizwan Ansari 2-0. In the men’s badminton doubles final, BU’s Shashank Jain and Ganesh Salve defeated LNCT’s Aryan and Rizwan 2-1.
In a thrilling men’s volleyball final, LNCT University defeated TIT 3-1, while in the women’s volleyball final, TIT beat LNCT 2-0 to claim the championship.
LNCT Sports Director Pankaj Jain informed that Head Coordinators Priyanshu Sakhare, Sanskar Shrotriya, Shraddha Gupta, and Head Volunteers Parv Singhai, Nitin Tomar, Dushyant Singh, and Avinash Jha are leading the event. Upcoming finals include Basketball, Arm Wrestling, and Cricket.
