Under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities, the South Best Zone Inter-University Men’s Judo Competition 2024-25 was inaugurated at the LNCT University Auditorium, Kolar Road, Bhopal. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Anupam Chouksey, Chancellor of JNCT Professional University, Arun Dwivedi, Tournament Director and International Referee, D.S. Dhurve, DSO Bhopal, and Pankaj Jain, Sports Director, LNCT University. The event began with a march-past by all participating athletes.
Highlights of the Matches
The opening day witnessed intense competition in the -90 kg and +100 kg weight categories.

Pankaj Jain, Sports Director of LNCT University, shared that the four-day tournament features over 550 male athletes and 150 coaches and managers from 115 universities in the South West Zone.
