CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The School of Physical Education at LNCT University, Bhopal, is organizing a 5-day special leadership camp in Pachmarhi from April 29 to May 3, 2026. Around 70 participants from the BPES and MPES programs are taking part in this camp.
The main objective of the camp is to develop leadership qualities among students, strengthen the spirit of teamwork, promote discipline, and build self-confidence. It also aims to prepare students to make decisions in challenging situations, solve problems effectively, and work efficiently in groups.
Various physical, mental, and adventure activities are being organized for participants, including morning physical training, yoga and meditation, flag hoisting, tent cleanliness, group tasks, leadership games, hiking/trekking, campfire, cultural programs, and leaders’ meetings. Winning teams will be awarded trophies and medals.
A well-structured daily schedule has been designed for the camp, with activities running from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The camp offers an excellent opportunity for students to learn in a natural environment and enhance their leadership skills. Participants are also gaining practical experience under the guidance of experienced trainers.
The camp is being conducted under the direction of Pankaj Kumar Jain, Sports Director of LNCT Group, Bhopal. The university management has described it as an important initiative toward the holistic development of students.
