CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Students of LNCT University, Bhopal, undertook an educational visit to the District and Sessions Court. The objective of the visit was to give the students direct exposure to the functioning of the District and Sessions Court.
During the visit, the students observed proceedings in different courtrooms and understood various stages of the judicial process, including case hearings, arguments presented by lawyers and the role of judges in delivering justice.
The students also gained important information about court etiquette, documentation and the responsibilities of legal professionals. The visit enhanced their practical understanding of the legal system and strengthened their awareness of courtroom procedures and professional ethics.
The visit was conducted under the leadership and guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Mukesh Kumar Sahu, Dean and Director. Rajat Umre, Dr. Devendra Mani Mishra, Dr. Richa Singh and Saumya Dubey made important contributions in making the programme successful.
