CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: International Yoga Day 2026 was celebrated at Madhyanchal Professional University with great enthusiasm, energy and discipline. Keeping this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” at the center, a special yoga session was organized on the university campus, in which students, teachers and staff members participated actively.
The program began in an atmosphere of positive energy and peace. On this occasion, yoga expert Ms. Anju Singh guided participants through various yoga postures and pranayama practices and explained their health benefits in detail. She said that regular yoga practice not only keeps the body healthy and flexible, but also reduces mental stress and provides inner peace.
In her address, she said that adopting yoga is one of the greatest needs of the time in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. Especially with advancing age, yoga plays an important role in keeping the body active, the mind steady and life balanced.
