In Uttar Pradesh’s Lalitpur, a young man, after a marital dispute, reached his wife’s parental home and attacked her family members with a knife. His mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law were targeted in the incident. Panic spread in the area after the attack.
According to information, the young man had a love marriage, but after some time discord began between the husband and wife. As the dispute escalated, the wife went to her parental home. Angered by this, the young man reached his in-laws’ house with a knife and attacked the wife’s family members present there.
The sudden attack caused chaos in the family. After the incident, information emerged that the injured were taken to hospital for treatment. The matter was reported to police, after which police began investigating the facts linked to the incident.
Police are gathering information about the entire sequence of events. The incident, arising out of a marital dispute, has once again raised concern over family tensions taking a violent turn.
