According to information, the accused had assured the woman that he would marry her. On this basis, he raped her. Later, the accused switched off his mobile phone and broke contact with her. It was stated that after this, he went to fix a relationship with another young woman. Following this sequence of events, the victim initiated legal action.
During the hearing, the prosecution presented its case and evidence before the court. After hearing arguments from both sides, the court found the accused guilty and sentenced him to seven years.
