CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal/ Ujjain: The admission process through the CLC (College Level Counseling) round is currently ongoing for the academic session 2025–26 at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication (MCU). Admissions to the vacant seats in regular courses at the university’s campuses in Bhopal, Rewa, Khandwa, and Datia are being conducted on a first-come, first-served basis until July 30.
Interested candidates can apply online through the Madhya Pradesh Government’s portal (MPOnline) until midnight of July 30, 2025.
Admissions are open in several undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including:
M.Sc. in New Media and Media Research
MBA in Media Business Management
B.Sc. in Multimedia, Graphics & Animation, Film & Communication Studies, Media Research
B.Tech. in Printing & Packaging
B.A. in Advertising & Public Relations, Journalism & Creative Writing, English Journalism
BCA and MCA programs
The university also offers UG and PG programs in Library and Information Science, which are available for eligible candidates.
Additionally, MCU is launching one-year postgraduate programs in six subjects for the first time. These programs are exclusively for students who have completed a four-year undergraduate degree under the National Education Policy (NEP). Applications are open for these new PG courses as well.
