“One Tree in Mother’s Name” Campaign Launched at MCU

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Grand Tree Plantation Drive Begins at MCU under “One Tree in Mother’s Name” Campaign

At the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication (MCU), a grand tree plantation campaign titled “6,000 Saplings Mega Plantation Drive” was formally launched under the initiative “One Tree in Mother’s Name.”

On this occasion, tree plantation was also carried out on the university campus as part of the same campaign.

This initiative reflects the spirit of “gratitude” found in the ancient Indian knowledge tradition, which has long emphasized the preservation and enrichment of nature, as practiced by our ancestors.

The university community extends its heartfelt wishes for the success of this noble mission and hopes it fulfills its environmental goals.
