CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Addressing the press conference, Mukesh Nayak, the head of the media department of the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee, said that the National Testing Agency (NTA) is an authoritarian and corrupt institution, which has committed a massive scam even larger than Vyapam. This institution, like its government, is hollowing out the future of 50 million youth of the country through its tyranny. There have been irregularities in the NEET papers for years.
Mr. Nayak said that in the year 2024, solid and conclusive evidence of the NEET paper scam is available with us. In this, two children have scored 719 and 718 marks, which is impossible with this marking scheme. Children have been unreasonably awarded grace marks without any court orders related to this paper. If the NTA can increase marks in papers checked by machines, then it cannot be denied that NTA has been involved in a bigger scam than Vyapam for many years, and its impact on various exams is a serious matter concerning the future of children.
All NEET exams should be canceled, as was done during AIPMT in 2015, and conducted again, so that children are not forced to take any wrong steps due to stress.
Since NTA has been conducting the NEET exam, security has been low and irregularities have been high, therefore, a CBI investigation should be conducted into all NEET exams from 2019 to 2024.
Whatever exams have been conducted by the NTA in the year 2024, whether offline or online, should be investigated by the CBI if complaints are received.
