CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Minister of State for Animal Husbandry and Dairy (Independent Charge), Lakhan Patel, visited the Animal Breeding Center in Keeratpur, Itarsi. During the visit, he inspected the Kamdhenu Breeding Center, Animal Breeding Center, the Goat Farming Center under the National Agricultural Development Scheme, and the Animal Feed Plant.

Minister Patel instructed the manager to improve the arrangements at the center. He directed efforts to increase the farm’s income by utilizing the vacant cultivable land. He also instructed the Managing Director to prioritize local farmers when purchasing wheat, fodder, and silage at minimum rates. Minister Patel spoke with the workers at the center, learned about their issues, and instructed officials to address them. He also interacted with progressive farmers, listening to their experiences, and planted trees on the premises.

Accompanying Minister Patel on the visit were Managing Director Raju Rawat, former Managing Director H.B.S. Bhadauria, Animal Breeding Center Manager L.P. Ahirwar, NKBC Manager Pawan Sisodia, Animal Feed Plant Manager Sunil Chaudhary, and progressive farmers Sharad Verma, Rajkumar Mehto, Sonu Chaudhary, along with other farmers and workers.
