CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and In-charge Minister of Bhopal district, Shri Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, has announced that the Global Investor Summit will be held in Bhopal on February 24 and 25, with the esteemed presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He emphasized that this event is a unique opportunity for Bhopal and directed officials to work in mission mode to enhance the city’s cleanliness and beauty while ensuring timely preparations for the summit.
Minister Shri Chaitanya Kashyap chaired a meeting to review the summit preparations. The meeting was attended by Collector Shri Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, Additional Police Commissioner Shri Pankaj Srivastava, Municipal Commissioner Shri Harendra Narayan, ADM Shri Siddharth Jain, CEO Smart City Smt. Anju Arun Kumar, DCP Traffic Shri Sanjay Singh, Additional DCP Traffic Shri Basant Kaul, and other officials.
He instructed that all arrangements at Indira Gandhi National Human Museum, the summit venue, be properly managed. Traffic management, parking arrangements, and beautification of Bhopal were key focus areas. He also directed officials to promote Bhopal’s brand at the Global Investors Summit and showcase its cultural heritage. Special attention was given to offering dignitaries a tour of World Heritage Site Sanchi, Bhimbetka Caves, Ratapani Wildlife Sanctuary & Tiger Reserve, and Bhopal’s historical landmarks.
Minister Kashyap called upon all officials to work with dedication and efficiency to ensure the summit’s success, stating that this event is a matter of pride for both Bhopal and the entire state.
