He emphasized that it would be “immature” to comment without a thorough investigation, and stressed the importance of allowing aviation experts and regulatory authorities to complete a full assessment of the crash circumstances.
The incident, which involved a domestic Air India flight experiencing a crash landing or major technical malfunction, raised concerns about aircraft maintenance, pilot response, and airport safety protocols. Naidu reaffirmed the government’s commitment to passenger safety and assured that a detailed inquiry is already underway by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
