CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the South-West Assembly constituency, BJP State General Secretary and MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani performed the Bhoomi Pujan (foundation ceremony) for the construction of CC roads and drainage systems in Ward 26’s Bishan Khedi area on Friday.
Development works, including internal roads and drainage systems in Bishan Khedi under Ward 26, will be carried out at a cost of ₹2.25 crore.

In his address, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani stated that Bhoomi Pujan ceremonies for development projects worth approximately ₹26 crore have already been completed in Ward 26 of the South-West Assembly constituency. Several construction projects are ongoing, and many have already been completed, providing convenience to residents. He emphasized that development is being carried out in a planned manner, and a continuous roadmap for upcoming projects is being implemented. Soon, several major development initiatives will also commence.

“I assure you that no shortage of development work will be allowed anywhere in the entire constituency. Each ward’s needs are being addressed according to its geographical conditions. I am continuously working to ensure that every citizen has access to basic amenities and that our constituency becomes a leading example of development with the cooperation of all,” said Sabnani.

He also mentioned that under the leadership of the Honorable Chief Minister, there has been no shortage of funds for development work. Additional financial support is being provided to accelerate the pace of various projects. Continuous development efforts are underway in Ward 26.
In Bishan Khedi, development projects worth ₹23.26 lakh have been initiated, including the construction of internal roads and drainage systems. Regular development works are also being carried out in Bishan Khedi village and the New Basti area of Ward 26.

During the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony, dignitaries present included Mata Shabari Mandal President Hemant Badgainya, Zone President and Councilor Aarti Raju Aneja, senior leaders Gorelal Badgainya, Lilendra Maran, former councilor Mukesh Rai, senior leaders Ashutosh Tiwari, Pankaj Tripathi, Jay Singh Maran, Roop Singh Maran, Satyendra Negi, Arjun Yadav, Munna Puri, Ashish Singaur, Santosh Gupta, Pushparaj Singh Baghel, Ranjeet Patel, Pradeep Dwivedi, Ramnarayan Dwivedi, Sanjeev Verma, Sudha Singh, Maya Yadav, Balwant Patel, Kamal Singh Meena, Kamal Singh Maran, Kamal Singh Yadav, Hari Malviya, Alok Srivastava, Pawan Bathelia, Vikram Soni, Pradeep Dwivedi, Rahul Maran, and other prominent citizens of the region.
