CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A meeting of the Council of Ministers, chaired by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, was held at the historic Chaman Mahal of Goud Rani Kamlapati in Jagdishpur. At the meeting, the Cabinet approved the presentation of the Uniform Citizenship Code-2026 in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, along with members of the Council of Ministers, and Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, along with senior officials, travelled by e-bus to the Cabinet meeting venue in Jagdishpur. On the Chief Minister’s arrival, folk artists extended a warm welcome with traditional dance performances.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also inspected an exhibition organised at the venue. He also addressed a press briefing on the Cabinet decisions. Divisional Commissioner Shri Karmveer Sharma showed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav around the historic Chaman Mahal and briefed him on its historical significance.
