CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: AISECT India, in collaboration with Motorola Mobility, organized a graduation ceremony on April 27, 2026, at NMKRV College, Bengaluru under the Motorola AISECT LearnX Initiative. During the event, trained youth were awarded certificates in recognition of their skill development, outstanding performance, and achievements.

The ceremony marked the successful completion of the Motorola CSR project implemented by AISECT, through which students were empowered with modern technical skills, employment-oriented training, and practical knowledge. Beneficiaries, representatives of educational institutions, and officials associated with the project participated enthusiastically in the program.

The event was graced by the presence of Pratima Harite, Head of Corporate Citizenship, Asia Pacific, Lenovo; Tirumalai Seshadri Krishnakumar, Director, Global Shared Service Center, Lenovo; Rachana Gundumi Nagaraj, Motorola India R&D HR Leader; and Shilpi Varshney, Director, AISECT. The program was conducted under the guidance of Rajat Chaturvedi, South Zonal Head, AISECT India.

The ceremony began with the welcome and introduction of guests. This was followed by a detailed presentation by Shilpi Varshney, who shared insights into the journey, achievements, training outcomes, and positive impact of the Motorola AISECT LearnX Initiative on youth.

Pratima Harite highlighted that such innovative CSR projects create better opportunities for youth through collaboration between industry and educational institutions. Tirumalai Seshadri Krishnakumar and Rachana Gundumi Nagaraj addressed the participants, sharing insights on the future workforce, technical competencies, and employment opportunities. They encouraged students to continue learning and advancing with technology.

A major highlight of the event was the project showcase by students, where participants presented live projects developed during training. These included AWS scalable cloud infrastructure development and AWS infrastructure deployment for scalable web applications. The guests appreciated the presentations and praised the students for their confidence, technical understanding, and innovative abilities.

The ceremony witnessed active participation from partner institutions including NMKRV College, BMS College for Women, IZee Business School, and Ramanashree Academy of Management. All partner institutions were honored for their contribution to the successful execution of the project and student mentorship.

During the certification ceremony, successful participants were awarded certificates, symbolizing their dedication, hard work, and successful completion of training. The event proved to be an important step for youth toward building confidence and enhancing career opportunities.

On this occasion, Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Executive Vice President of AISECT, stated that the Motorola AISECT LearnX Initiative is a strong step toward equipping youth with future-ready skills. He emphasized that AISECT aims to provide technical expertise, practical experience, and industry-oriented training aligned with market needs, enabling students to confidently begin their careers. He added that collaboration with global partners like Motorola Mobility and Lenovo is opening new avenues of opportunities for youth.

This initiative by AISECT India is considered a significant effort toward connecting youth with employable skills and preparing them in line with industry requirements.
