CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: The Model Code of Conduct is effective not only in Madhya Pradesh but in the entire country in the context of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 general elections. A complaint has been made by Congress candidate from Bhind Lok Sabha constituency Phool Singh Baraiya and even before this, during the assembly elections, he has not been transferred elsewhere even after his remarks against Shri Ghanshyam Singh, who was a candidate from Bhandar and Congress candidate from Sevdha and by the Hon’ble High Court Gwalior Bench, against the Executive Engineer in-charge Public Works Department Manish Udainia.
While more than three years of his posting have been completed. Manish Udainia enjoys the patronage of senior BJP leaders as he is a close relative of a senior BJP leader, so Shri Udainiya is working like a BJP worker during the Vidhan Sabha-2023 elections and now also in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Due to which the voting in the Lok Sabha constituency cannot be ruled out.
State Congress Election Commission work in-charge JP In the complaint submitted to the Election Commission, Dhanopia has urged that Manish Udainiya, an executive engineer posted in Datia district under Bhind Lok Sabha constituency, who has completed more than three years at the same place by misusing his post and is openly working in favor of BJP and is benefiting BJP candidates and BJP workers by committing huge irregularities in the department. Action should be taken against those against whom a case of violation of the Model Code of Conduct should be registered and they should be transferred elsewhere immediately so that the voting of the Lok Sabha constituency is free and fairly.
