CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The three-day state-level sports festival ‘Muqabla 2025’ was inaugurated at Madhyanchal Professional University, with enthusiastic participation from athletes across the state.

The chief guest of the event was Lakhan Singh Patel, Minister of Animal Husbandry & Dairy, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The guests of honor included Dr. D.A. Hindoliya, Vice-Chancellor of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University, Bhopal, and Mr. Roshan Lal, boxing coach of the Indian team. The university chairperson, Preeti Patel, also graced the event as a special guest.

In his address, Lakhan Singh Patel said, “Sports are a symbol of youth power. Such events not only promote physical health but also enhance mental resilience and discipline.” He urged students to make sports an integral part of their lives.

The three-day festival features a variety of indoor and outdoor competitions, including cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, athletics, chess, and carrom. The university campus was abuzz with sportsmanship and enthusiasm throughout the event.

The program was attended by senior university officials, faculty members, sports coaches, and a large number of students.
