Mumbai. After the death of veteran actor Mushtaq Khan, his son Mohsin Khan has shared several details about his father’s final days. According to Mohsin, Mushtaq Khan continued working despite battling illness and last shot on September 4 at Madh Island in Mumbai. He died on September 24 at the age of 75.

Mohsin said his father had been unwell for more than a year and was undergoing treatment. Initially, the treatment showed good results, but in the nearly 10 days before his death, his condition deteriorated rapidly. According to Mohsin, even while in hospital, his father continued to smile.

He said that on September 4, Mushtaq Khan shot for a film with Rajat Bedi, Chunky Panday and Rajpal Yadav. The film marks the acting debut of Tiger, son of Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera. In addition, a Telugu film featuring Mushtaq Khan is also ready for release.

Mohsin also said his father had played an important role in his Hindi-Marathi film. The film’s shooting has been completed, but Mushtaq Khan could not complete dubbing for his role. Mohsin is now preparing to release the film as a tribute to his father.

In a career spanning nearly five decades, Mushtaq Khan worked in films, television serials and other entertainment projects. After his death, several personalities from the film industry paid tribute to him.
