CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: An essay competition on the topic “Contribution of Tribal Communities in the Freedom Movement” was organized at the Nalanda Central Library of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal. The competition was held to mark the 150th birth anniversary year of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
On this occasion, students from undergraduate and postgraduate programmes conducted at the university headquarters participated with great enthusiasm. The winners of the competition will be awarded first, second, and third prizes, along with certificates. In addition, all participants will also receive certificates.
During the event, students requested that the Library Department continue organizing such creative competitions on a regular basis. Considering the students’ enthusiasm and participation, the Library Department announced that it will conduct similar competitions in the future as well.
