CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, BJP State President Hemant Khandelwal, and State Organization General Secretary Hitanand inaugurated the “Namo Yuva Run” organized by the Youth Front on Atal Path by waving the green flag. On this occasion, a video message from Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also broadcast, emphasizing the Fit India Movement and the Drug-Free India campaign.

During the event, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav appealed to the youth to always prioritize the nation and adopt Swadeshi (indigenous) practices. He stressed the importance of physical and mental cleanliness, noting that “true happiness comes from a healthy body.” He urged young participants to stay away from drugs and maintain physical fitness.

The “Namo Yuva Run” aims to instill patriotism and a spirit of service among youth. The run was organized in eight cities of the state — Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Rewa, Sagar, Ratlam, and Ujjain, with over 10,000 participants at each location. The Chief Minister highlighted that the Seva Pakhwada symbolizes national service and social responsibility.

The program was attended by state ministers Vishwas Sarang and Krishna Gaur, BJP leaders and MP Alok Sharma, MLA Bhagwandas Sabnani, Mayor Malti Rai, other public representatives, and officials of the Youth Front.

Chief Minister Yadav stated that the “Namo Yuva Run” not only promotes fitness and health but will also help realize the vision of a drug-free India and Developed India by 2047 through the energy of youth. The run has proven to be an important initiative for promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and social awareness among young people.
