CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As part of the National Karmyogi Mega Public Service Program by the Capacity Building Commission, the National Institute of Design (NID), Madhya Pradesh, organized a one-day workshop on the institute campus. The aim of this workshop was to make government employees citizen-centric and accountable, driven by a spirit of service, so that they can deliver better services at all levels. The workshop also aimed to align them with the vision of a developed India by 2047.

Conducted in accordance with the instructions of the Government of India, the workshop saw the participation of 21 employees. The sessions were led by trained master trainers from the Footwear Design & Development Institutes, Guna and Chhindwara campuses. The workshop focused on promoting efficiency, integrity, professionalism, and a service-oriented work culture, in line with the objectives of Mission Karmyogi.

Through interactive sessions, participants were given the opportunity to reflect on ethical conduct, workplace effectiveness, and commitment to delivering high-quality public services. This initiative is part of NID Madhya Pradesh’s continuous efforts to strengthen its capacity-building and performance-oriented institutional environment.

Earlier, a similar workshop held on 30 October 2025 had 30 participants, reflecting the institute’s ongoing commitment to continuous learning and employee development.
