CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of National Startup Day, a special workshop was organized at Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University. The workshop, conducted under the Institution Innovation Council, was organized for innovators and entrepreneurs on AI Industry 4.0 tools.

Professor Dr. Akash Anil from the Department of Data Science, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) participated in the workshop as a special guest.

The workshop began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and worship of Goddess Saraswati. On this occasion, the In-Charge Vice Chancellor of the University and Director of the Student Support Department, Ratan Suryavanshi, along with the University Registrar, Dr. Sushil Manderia, welcomed the special guest Professor Dr. Akash Anil by presenting a Tulsi plant and a shawl.

During the workshop, Dr. Akash Anil elaborated in detail on the applications of Artificial Intelligence and current employment trends associated with AI.

Addressing the participants, Dr. Ratan Suryavanshi, Director of the Student Support Department, advised students and other members of the university to move beyond traditional education methods and the race for government jobs, and instead advance their careers through entrepreneurship and startups.

Speaking at the event, University Registrar Dr. Sushil Manderia stated that Artificial Intelligence has been created by humans and cannot be more intelligent than humans. He added that in today’s era, Artificial Intelligence is even helping us understand human emotions and sensitivities.

On this occasion, Workshop Convener Dr. Shuchi Mishra, In-Charge and Director of the University’s Incubation Cell; Dr. Vibha Mishra, Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Mudra Distribution Department; Dr. Bharti Sharma, Senior Advisor, Internal Quality Assurance Cell; Dr. Sanjay Gulati, Dr. Madhukar Eetewar, Dr. Pragya Ojha, along with other members and students, were present.

The program was conducted by Dr. Nidhi Rawal Gautam, Senior Advisor, Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the university.
