CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal / Ujjain : The three-day national workshop at Avantika University, located in the village of Hasampura, Ujjain, has commenced. The workshop focuses on “Character Building and Holistic Personality Development” within the framework of the National Education Policy-2020.

On the occasion of the inauguration, the booklet “Gyan Mahakumbh Prayagraj Sankalp Patra” was also released. Distinguished participants included Atul Kothari, National Secretary of Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, New Delhi; Om Prakash Sharma, Regional Coordinator of Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas; Arpan Bhardwaj, Chancellor of Raja Vikramaditya University, Ujjain; and Sanjay Dhande, Chancellor of Avantika University, along with several educators, subject experts, and scholars.

The primary aim of the workshop is to emphasize the true goal of education—character building and holistic personality development. Speakers highlighted that the purpose of genuine education is not merely knowledge acquisition but also the cultivation of strong character and moral values.

Over the three-day workshop, experts from across the country will discuss, through various sessions, ways to integrate education, culture, and ethical values. The workshop will also explore methods to effectively implement the National Education Policy-2020 at the grassroots level.
