CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of National Youth Day, UIT, RGPV organized a garlanding and address program to commemorate Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary. The event took place at the Swami Vivekananda statue on the UIT campus and was attended by faculty members and students.

UIT Director Sudhir Singh Bhadauria, ECE Department Head Sanjay Kumar Sharma, NCC Officer Brijendra Gond, along with NCC cadets and NSS volunteers, graced the event with their presence. The program began with Prof. Sudhir Singh Bhadauria and the students offering floral tributes to Swami Vivekananda’s statue, paying their respects.

During the event, students shared the significance of National Youth Day and inspiring stories and examples from Swami Vivekananda’s life. They discussed his teachings and their relevance to the lives of today’s youth, emphasizing how his struggles and achievements continue to inspire people worldwide.

In his address, UIT Director S.S. Bhadauria encouraged the youth, saying, “The life of Swami Vivekananda is an ideal for the youth. His teachings still guide us in the right direction. We must imbibe his ideas into our lives.”

The event not only provided an educational experience for the students but also offered them a deeper understanding of Swami Vivekananda’s ideals and contributions, making it a unique source of inspiration for the youth.
