CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the guidance of Executive Director Ajay Singh of AIIMS Bhopal, the AYUSH department launched the ‘Nation’s Nature Test Campaign.’ This initiative was conducted under the aegis of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging citizens to improve their health based on their body’s nature (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). As part of this campaign, citizens were encouraged to pledge to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
The test aims to help individuals better understand and enhance their physical and mental health. On this occasion, Director Singh said, “‘The Nation’s Nature Test Campaign’ is a unique initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle and ancient AYUSH practices. It will help people maintain better health and internal balance based on their unique nature.”
During the campaign, various workshops and interactive sessions were organized. Experts from AIIMS Bhopal participated and shed light on scientific perspectives and health-related aspects. The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from doctors and other staff of AIIMS Bhopal, as well as members of the local community. This initiative not only raises awareness but also inspires people to take concrete steps toward safeguarding their health.
