CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A grand valedictory ceremony was organized for the 7-day residential summer camp conducted by Scope Defence Academy under the aegis of Scope Global Skills University for NDA aspirants. During the closing event, participants enjoyed activities such as a campfire, army band performances, and a felicitation ceremony. A total of 30 participating students attended the program with their parents and families, receiving certificates for successfully completing the camp.
Distinguished guests present at the occasion included Vice-Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University, Mr. Vijay Singh; Registrar, Mr. Sitesh Kumar Sinha; Director of Scope Defence Academy, Major General (Retd.) Shyam Srivastava; and Dean of the Faculty of Science, Mr. Satyendra Khare.
In his address, Vice-Chancellor Vijay Singh congratulated the students on successfully completing the summer camp and extended his best wishes for their upcoming NDA preparations. Registrar Sitesh Kumar Sinha reiterated the university’s commitment to skill development and said that such initiatives would continue in the future to help students prepare for competitive examinations.
Providing more details about the program, the coordinator and retired Major General Shyam Srivastava stated that the summer camp offered holistic preparation for NDA aspirants, including personality development, physical fitness, and SSB training. Students underwent a series of challenging exercises and tasks from morning to evening, aimed at preparing them mentally and physically for a career in defense.
