The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued an important update on the NEET PG 2026 result. According to the board’s helpdesk, the examination result will be declared on September 30, 2026. However, the date and time for releasing the provisional answer key and candidates’ response sheets have not yet been provided.
The NEET PG 2026 examination was held on August 30 in a single shift. For candidates at two examination centres in Jaipur affected by a technical problem, the examination was conducted again on September 5. Around 2.66 lakh candidates appeared for the examination.
NBEMS is expected to release the answer key and candidates’ recorded responses before the result. Candidates will be able to match their answers through these documents. After the answer key is released, the board may also issue instructions on the process for raising objections. At present, no fixed date has been announced for this.
Candidates have been advised not to rely on unverified information circulated on social media regarding any date related to the answer key or result. For official updates, they should keep checking the NEET PG 2026 section on the NBEMS website. After the result is released, candidates will be able to download their score and result using their login details.
