A Large Racket in Operation Despite the victim’s family informing the police, no investigation is being conducted. A woman and her child were abducted and kept for several days, during which she was administered various injections. The family grew suspicious of two nurses who had spoken to the woman before the abduction. When confronted, the nurses, fearing they might get caught, placed the woman and her child in an auto-rickshaw and sent them back home.

The police did not conduct a medical examination of the woman. Upon her return, the woman was unable to speak but communicated through gestures that her child was being sold for 5 lakhs. The administration is not providing any help, and the victim’s family was turned away from the collector’s public hearing without being heard. The family is now pleading for justice from the government and the media.
