ITDC INIDA EPRESS/ ITDC NEWS: On Tuesday, November 28, Jasprit Bumrah hogged the internet after he posted a cryptic story on Instagram. Bumrah wrote, “Silence is sometimes the best answer.” While it was unclear what he was referring to, the fans linked it with Hardik Pandya’s transfer to Mumbai Indians.
On November 27, Mumbai Indians confirmed that they had traded Hardik from Gujarat Titans for 15 crore. The fans assumed that Bumrah was unhappy with the move and posted that story. There were claims that he also unfollowed MI on Instagram.
In the latest events, Krishnamachari Srikkanth reacted to the cryptic story and stated that Bumrah might have been hurt by Hardik’s trade.
“Jasprit Bumrah is a unique cricketer. He stands out as one of the best in both Tests and white-ball cricket. He gave his all at the World Cup, and as you mentioned, he was the stand-in Test captain in 2022 during the 5th Test against England. He might have some regrets and feel hurt, as he stayed with MI while the franchise now celebrates someone who left and returned. He might also feel that it’s unfair that this person is now being made out to be the biggest thing on earth, ” Kris Srikkanth said in a video on his YouTube channel.
