CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Bhopal: National Institute of Design Madhya Pradesh organised a successful two-day Staff Development Programme at Pachmarhi, a renowned tourist and hill destination of Madhya Pradesh.
Held away from the regular workplace environment, the training programme aimed to promote employees’ personality development, leadership ability, team spirit, communication skills and better coordination at the workplace.
Officers and staff of the institute participated in the programme with enthusiasm. The natural beauty and peaceful surroundings of Pachmarhi provided participants with an inspiring platform for learning, discussion and strengthening mutual cooperation.
The programme’s chief speaker and trainer was spiritual thinker Rishi Nanda, who conducted interactive and motivational sessions on important subjects such as leadership development, team dynamics, positive work culture, effective communication and personal excellence. In his address, he said that the tendency to keep learning continuously and improving oneself is the foundation of progress for both an individual and an institution. He encouraged participants to adopt positive thinking, a disciplined work style and a collaborative approach.
On the occasion, the institute’s Registrar, Shri Krishna Birman, and Chief Administrative Officer (In-charge), Nipendra Nayak, were also present. They encouraged employees to promote teamwork, mutual support and active contribution to the institute’s development, and highlighted the usefulness of such training programmes.
During the two-day programme in Pachmarhi, team-building activities, group discussions, experiential exercises, communication skill development sessions and various participatory workshops were organised. These activities not only strengthened participants professionally, but also reinforced the spirit of coordination, trust and cooperation among them.
