CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the able coordination and guidance of NIFT Bhopal Director Akhil Sahay, the institute celebrated International Yoga Day with a unique blend of health, creativity and environmental conservation. The programme began with the traditional lighting of the lamp.
On the occasion, chief guest and yoga guru Mahesh Agrawal guided all those present through various yoga asanas and highlighted their importance in life. A special painting exhibition was also organised during the programme, featuring 30 attractive paintings prepared by NIFT students.
In the end, conveying a message of harmony between nature and health, a grand tree plantation drive was carried out on the campus.
