CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: NITTTR Bhopal signed an MoU with General Aeronautics Private Limited, Bengaluru. General Aeronautics provides drone technology for various sectors and is also engaged in the commercial production of agricultural drones. On this occasion, NITTTR Director Prof. C.C. Tripathi remarked that technology is rapidly changing the world today, and there are immense possibilities in the field of drone technology. There is a growing demand for skilled manpower in this area, and millions of new job opportunities are emerging for the youth, with this number expected to increase further.

NITTTR Bhopal will collaborate with General Aeronautics to raise awareness about drone technology, its applications, operations, and maintenance, and will also organize training programs to develop a talent pool in this field. Abhishek Barman, CEO of General Aeronautics, stated that this agreement will play a significant role in achieving the Prime Minister’s goal of making India a drone hub. Through this MoU, students and faculty will benefit from training, research, online courses, and more.

The event was attended by Kannan M. from General Aeronautics, and from NITTTR Bhopal, Dean Prof. Subrat Roy, Prof. P.K. Purohit, and Prof. Ramesh Gupta.
