CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A two-day National Technical Hindi Seminar was organized at IIT Indore by IIT Indore, IIT Jodhpur, and CSIR–NIScPR, New Delhi. The objective of this seminar was to promote scientific and technical communication in Hindi, and representatives from leading institutions and universities across the country participated in it.
At the seminar, Prof. P. K. Purohit from NITTTR Bhopal—Professor and Dean (Science)—delivered a lecture on science in Hindi as an invited speaker. Dr. Purohit discussed in detail the role and importance of Hindi in understanding science. His lecture was one of the major highlights of the seminar and demonstrated NITTTR Bhopal’s strong commitment to strengthening scientific and technological communication in Hindi.
Participants from top institutions and universities across the country presented research papers during the seminar. In a notable achievement for NITTTR Bhopal, Ms. Babli Chaturvedi won first prize for her paper presentation on the topic “From Language to Digital Communication: The Convergence of Official Language and Technology.”
Congratulating the Official Language Cell, the Institute’s Director, Prof. C. C. Tripathi, said that this achievement on the occasion of World Hindi Day is significant for the institute. The technical Hindi seminar organized by a premier institution like IIT played an important role in promoting scientific and technical communication in Hindi. It is not only a symbol of respect for the country’s culture and language, but also serves as a strong and effective medium of communication for the Hindi-speaking technical community. This achievement is a matter of pride not only for the institute but also reflects NITTTR Bhopal’s commitment to the Hindi language.
