NITTTR Bhopal has initiated an innovative training program for academic and non-academic staff of government and autonomous colleges under the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh Government.

Prof. P.K. Purohit, Dean of Corporate & International Relations, NITTTR Bhopal, stated that in the first phase, the program will provide:

✅ Academic Leadership Development for Governance & Management – for Principals of PM Excellence and Autonomous Colleges.

✅ Core Teaching Skills – for Assistant Professors.

✅ Operation & Maintenance of Equipment – for Technical Staff.

The first training program is currently providing Core Teaching Skills training to 55 Assistant Professors from across the state.

Leadership Insights on Teacher Training

NITTTR Bhopal Director, C.C. Tripathi, expressed gratitude to Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar and Commissioner Nishant Warwade for supporting faculty and staff training initiatives. He emphasized:

The event was attended by OSD of the Higher Education Department, Azad Mansoori, and NITTTR Bhopal representatives Bashirullah Sheikh and M.A. Rizvi.
