NITTTR Bhopal, in collaboration with the Siemens Center of Excellence, organized the Industry-Academia Connect Seminar. The institute’s Dean of Corporate and International Relations, Dr. P.K. Purohit, stated in a media report that the seminar aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry applications. This initiative will promote innovation, research, and skill development by fostering collaboration between industries and academic institutions.
The chief guest, G.N. Agrawal, Director of Skill Development, praised NITTTR Bhopal, emphasizing that the institute has all the necessary resources to meet industry requirements. He added that this collaboration will create new opportunities in technological advancements and research.
In his message, NITTTR Bhopal Director, C.C. Tripathi, highlighted the institute’s commitment to the “Connect, Collaborate, and Create” principle. He stated that NITTTR Bhopal has consistently worked towards building a strong bridge between education and industry.
Acting Director, R.K. Dixit, emphasized that this partnership will enable the institute and industries to jointly address current and future challenges. He further noted that collaborative efforts in research, consultancy, internships, and training programs will be mutually beneficial for both academia and industry.
Industry representatives explored the modern labs at the Siemens Center of Excellence at NITTTR Bhopal. Program Coordinator, Manish Bhargava, provided a detailed overview of the seminar agenda, reiterating that NITTTR Bhopal remains committed to industry collaboration.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Co-Coordinator Seema Verma. The event was attended by Abhijeet Kulkarni, Country Head of 3D Technology, esteemed academic experts, industry professionals, PhD scholars, faculty members, and officials.
