CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, the National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, organized a grand teacher felicitation ceremony. On this occasion, the Director of the institute, C.C. Tripathi, addressed all the teachers, stating that the tradition of honoring teachers in India dates back to the ancient Gurukul system. He noted that the gurus of the past not only made invaluable contributions to the field of knowledge but also played a significant role in guiding society and shaping character.

Prof. Tripathi emphasized in his address that even in today’s era, the role of a teacher is paramount. Humility is essential for acquiring good knowledge, and a robust education policy is one that prepares students in accordance with the nation’s needs and challenges. He stated that teachers impart not only academic knowledge but also life values, principles, and ethics. The satisfaction and joy of seeing students learn and progress is the greatest reward for a teacher.
During the program, Prof. Tripathi also outlined the institute’s upcoming academic roadmap, sharing plans to incorporate the elements of Panchkoshi education into the curriculum. He noted that this initiative will help in creating not only excellent teachers but also balanced and empowered students.

The event was attended by Vandana Tripathi and all deans of the institute — Prof. R.K. Dixit, Prof. Sanjay Agrawal, Prof. P.K. Purohit — along with administrative officers Major Nishant Ojha, Gautam Kumar, faculty members, research scholars, and staff members. The ceremony recognized and appreciated the contributions of teachers, expressing gratitude for their dedicated service.
