CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, and the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in the field of semiconductor skilling and research. The MoU was formally signed by Dr. C. C. Tripathi, Director of NITTTR Bhopal, and Prof. Gobardhan Das, Director of IISER Bhopal. The agreement aims to strengthen the country technologically through research, innovation, skill development, and joint initiatives.

On this occasion, NITTTR Bhopal Director Dr. Tripathi said that both institutions will work together in the assembly and packaging of semiconductor devices. He noted that India was once dependent on imports in the semiconductor sector, but today the situation has changed, and the world is now looking toward India in this field with high expectations.

Prof. Gobardhan Das, Director of IISER Bhopal, linked this partnership to the nation’s research priorities, stating that research is meaningful only when it is based on the real needs and priorities of the country.
