The move is expected to dominate the agenda of the lower house, triggering sharp exchanges between the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and opposition members. Opposition leaders have alleged bias in the functioning of the Speaker and claim that their voices were not adequately heard during previous sessions.
