The seven-day special NSS camp, organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of JNCT Professional University, Bhopal, successfully concluded at Gram Sukhi Sewania, Bhopal.
The closing ceremony was graced by Meetu Singh, Vice-Chancellor of JNCT University, and Mukesh Kumar Jain, President of the Jain Community, Sukhi Sewania, along with university principals, faculty members, and NSS volunteers. The guests distributed awards and certificates to volunteers, encouraging them to strive for a bright future.
Tree Plantation & Awareness Activities
On the sixth and seventh day, volunteers engaged in project work, starting with tree plantation in the village. A rally and street play were also conducted to spread awareness about digital literacy among villagers.
Intellectual Sessions & Key Speakers
The theme of the intellectual session was “Aware Citizens – A Strong Nation & Discipline Through Education.” The keynote speaker was Senior Inspector Ms. Swati Dubey from Sukhi Sewania Police Station, who addressed the volunteers.
Active Participation & Leadership
Throughout the camp, Assistant Program Officer Priyank Saroliya played an active role in PT and yoga sessions. Volunteer leaders Akash Chauhan (Camp Leader) and Manish Sahu (Co-Leader) demonstrated exceptional leadership.
Program Officer Prof. Sameer Purohit expressed gratitude and extended best wishes for the camp’s success.
